Hans Strand

In this episode of Biblioscapes in Discussion, I am joined by Hans Strand to talk about his work and his book AQUA.

The amount of water on our planet has remained more or less consistent since the Earth was created some 4.6 billion years ago. Only very small amounts of water have been added by meteorites that have collided with Earth.

Water is constantly changing states and expresses itself through different forms depending on the ambient temperature around it. The life cycle of water is like a wheel where it constantly transforms between three stages: solid, liquid and gas.

It is these three phases I am trying to express through this book.
